Fantastic, I would recommend gettting your ring made here to anyone. I had the Bianca band made for my wedding ring and was slightly nervous at first as even though the website is very easy to use etc it's nervewracking when you purchase a ring you haven't actually seen or tried on. I had a ring that was in real bad shape. Didn't know what to do. Found them on facebook. I've send them a message on the page, from there on it was satisfaction on satisfaction. They gave me good advise and the outcome amazing. They fixed my ring at minimal cost. I've posted the ring on a Thursday and the week after on the Tuesday my fiancee was wearing the ring again with the date inside the ring when we got engaged. I am in the Northern Cape and this was an emergency. They know what they are doing Real fast and really good customer satisfaction. Great communication. Fast and reliable. Where do I start rating such a GREAT customer centric company with the BEST guy ever being Gaetano. Gosh I started chatting to Gaetano via email because I live out of South Africa and made an appointment to see him on a Sunday (he opened especially for me). I came along with an image of what I wanted and he assured me he will make me a beautiful ring.Being a girl I wanted the Biggest Rock but as a professional jeweler, he advised that my fingers were small and that I should keep to a certain size for my center stone. Boy am I Glad I went with his suggestion.I went back home and sent an International Transfer deposit and my ring went into production, I requested step by step pictures of the ring making process and he gave me that (I am big on memories). when I got the completed ring picture I was loving it, however nothing could prepare me for seeing the ring LIVE when we went to collect the rings.I say TRUST him to make you a memorable piece of jewellery especially engagement... rings, wedding bands.P.S he made my future hubbys wedding band and it got some special message engraved from me to him (again a thoughtful suggestion by Gaetano)I could go on and on BUT I AM OVER THE MOON...don't hesitate to use their services. I needed a special design for an engagement ring and upon visiting Gaetano Costa at his office no effort or request was too much and he assisted me professionally in obtaining and achieving exactly what I wanted.
